Immigration To Canada From India- few mins of your time can make a great difference?
Hi,
I am a technical writer and my husband is a software engineer, we are both from Indians and would like to immigrate to Canada on a work permit. I have been seeking help about consultants embassies.
I have only heard negative stories from everyone who is happily settled in Canada.
Why this drift? I’m talking about my own Indian people (friends and relatives) who never offer to help ( i just need some guidance ) and have only negative stories to tell.
Off course I understand that this is a bad time to immigrate when their is an economical slowdown. We have planned this for the future but would like to immigrate to Canada for a while because we love the country and everything about Canada.
Please guys tell me your success stories and give us some guidance.
Is it better to apply for a visa yourself from India or go through a consultant?
There is no advantage to using a lawyer or agent – all they can do is make sure your application is properly completed and that all pertinent documents are sent. This may be wise for people who lack a good command of French or English, but as a technical Writer, I am sure you can do it yourself. Applications presented by agents are not given priority.
