immigration canada sponsorship
Does level of education effect a Spousal Sponsorship for immigration to Canada?

In other words, could we be denied for not having a high level of education? Such as college courses etc? My husband and I have not completed college yet. I have began taking classes but he hasn’t since he will be moving here within the year. And based on a previous question I have asked, its also better for him to wait. My concern now is, could he be denied for only graduating High School and no other higher level of education? Or even myself? Thank you all for your answers, they’ve been very helpful! =)
I forgot to add that he is going to be going to college when he moves here, hes just waiting since he wants to go into paralegal…which laws etc are different in Canada and so on.
If it helps….I’m a Canadian citizen and live in Canada, and my husband is from the US. We’re going to be going with Spousal Sponsorship so he can move here.

Hi,
You should have good income to show that you can support him. Your husband should not be a criminal or seriously ill.

Good Luck,
